This programme is designed around the 5 ways to wellbeing, and incorporates participants’ suggestions on what they would like to see on the timetable.

There are core features of activities, including shared kai for a gold coin on Mondays – a time to catch up with old friends and make new connections, Wellness Wednesdays – discovering self-empowerment and routes to recovery, and keep learning Fridays – finding out ways to make your own eco-products and cook healthy meals.
