We support the recovery process for people with mental health needs in a supportive, safe, non-threatening facilities, offering pursuits that enrich and empower people’s lives. MIX runs wellbeing, community and arts programmes to support mental health recovery.

We are looking for a new General Manager

About the role

Title: General Manager
Reports to: Board of Trustees
Location: MIX, Lower Hutt

The General Manager will work to: 

  • ensure the implementation of the strategic direction of the organisation, consistent with the Board’s vision and direction. 
  • ensure sound, sustainable, operations and management of financial and other resources. 
  • manage the delivery of services in accordance with relevant contracts.
